Are the products safe for children and pets?
That statement requires named products, instructions for use and supporting documentation. The project does not make this promise until they are approved.
Will cleaning remove a pet odour?
The result cannot be guaranteed without understanding the source, material and previous treatment. Hair, staining and odour should be described separately.
Can I combine a sofa, rug and armchair?
Yes. You can add them to one summary. Any discount must be shown separately.
Is the preview price binding?
No. It is an indicative amount from a test price list. The price must be confirmed before a booking is accepted.
