Make a room-by-room list
List the selected rugs by room and record their dimensions and shapes. Room names organise your list; they are not extra service categories. Include the items you intentionally want cleaned, rather than assuming the booking covers every rug in the home.
Add areas, not just item counts
For a rectangular rug, multiply length by width in metres. A 2 by 3 m rug covers 6 m² and a 1 by 2 m rug covers 2 m², giving 8 m² together. That is two rugs, but not two square metres. The form uses whole m²; clarify fractional areas or irregular shapes before confirming.
Plan access to each selected rug
Check access to every rug. Move small objects you can handle safely and consider room use afterwards. Do not assume a particular drying time or a collection service. This booking is for cleaning at your Warsaw address, not taking rugs to a laundry.
Compare your list with the checkout summary
In CleanWhale, choose items, area, date, time and address. Check the list and price before SMS verification. Booking is complete only when the platform reports successful order creation; entering an SMS code or selecting a date alone is not enough. Payment then follows on the offered secure payment page. More rugs do not automatically mean a discount.
Before your visit
Do I need to start a separate booking for each rug?
Several rugs at one address can be included in one basket. Check the combined area and full scope before SMS verification.
I have three rugs. Should I enter three?
Not as the area without measuring them. The m² field describes the selected rugs' combined area, not their count.
Will the rugs be taken to a laundry?
This service is booked at the address you enter and concerns on-site cleaning, not collection for off-site washing.
